Top Dealers Honored at Meeting
Five new dealers
received High Performance award plaques at the
annual dealer meeting hosted by Crescent Parts
& Equipment Company at the Holiday Inn -
Viking, St. Louis, MO on February 27, 2004.
Three dealers received Bronze Excellence awards,
two others received the Silver Excellence award
and one dealer, Academy Air Heating & Cooling,
received the coveted Gold Excellence award.
In addition, twenty-one High Efficiency Equipment
Performance awards were also handed out.
"It's
our first year with American Standard so we
wanted to start things off the right way. We
wanted to reward the dealers who are investing
in their companies and are trying to be more
effective in their businesses," said Ken
Perotta - sales and marketing manager for Crescent
Parts & Equipment.
Awards were achieved
by exceeding performance criteria in using the
finance program, selling extended warranties
and for participation in training classes. Award
recipients were further judged on technical,
business and sales expertise, how they marketed
themselves and their percentage of sales relating
to high efficiency products.
According to
Perotta, "Volume was not even looked at
in this equation. We wanted to help develop
our dealers into the best they can be. They
are our future. Without their effort we cannot
grow. The dealers who won did an excellent job
last year and deserved to be recognized."
