This is a new award to recognize the individual judged to have contributed significant training guidance to not just the technicians in his area but the entire industry.

Outstanding Service Awards

These awards are selected from each of the distribution channels using the Pacesetter categories based on sales volume. Criteria include the number of training hours, Product Performance reporting (including First Notice, reworks etc,) number of CRM files for the area and time to bring them to a close.

Extended Warranty Excellence Award

To be considered for this award a distributor must have been selling extended warranty contracts for over 5 years and have life-to-date sales of over 1,000 extended warranty agreements. We then look at the ratio of actual claims vs. expected claims to establish Dealer Performance Grade (DPG). Awards are given to the distributors with the lowest overall DPG averages.

    Mark Waters with DPG of 32%

American Standard Extended Warranty Excellence

  • SG Torrice 
    Phil Valpey with a DPG of 28%

Extended Warranty Most Improved Territory Award

To be considered for this award a distributor must have sold at least 500 residential contracts life-to-date and achieved at least a 5% reduction in DPG.

Trane Most Improved Territory Award

  • National Energy Equipment- James Cairns with 24% improvement

American Standard Most Improved Territory Award

  • Mid-Way Supply- Dave Tyson and Ken McBroom with 9% improvement

Customer Service Award

This award is given to the Trane and American Standard FSR or CSS that represents a spirit of true customer service. Factors include addressing consumer concerns in a fast but thorough manner while demonstrating a positive, proactive approach to accomplishing their solutions.
