for this award a distributor must have been
selling extended warranty contracts for over
5 years and have life-to-date sales of over
1,000 extended warranty agreements. We then
look at the ratio of actual claims vs. expected
claims to establish Dealer Performance Grade
(DPG). Awards are given to the distributors
with the lowest overall DPG averages.
