Project Spotlight: Mitsubishi City Multi

Crescent recently collaborated to install a Mitsubishi system in a new bank in Cape Girardeau. A team effort brought this project to completion: Crescent’s St. Louis staff handled design aspects and equipment procurement; then a local branch manager (John Murrah at Cape Girardeau) handled material delivery and coordination with the client. Cape Girardeau branch staff then communicated with the STL VRF group to schedule system startup and commissioning.

The equipment used was the Mitsubishi City Multi R2 unit, which is a heat recovery system, allowing users to heat or cool different areas of the building at the same time.

In addition, during the installation period Crescent hosted a VRF service training class that the installing contractor attended. With that training under his belt, the installing contractor can offer Mitsubishi’s extended 10/10-year warranty, plus successfully service the system in the future.
